Before intake, tell us the basics: what your business does, who you serve, where work gets stuck, and what you most want to improve. This keeps the assessment focused on your real operation instead of generic AI ideas.

Use the dedicated intake line from your dashboard and provide your order number. The intake walks through workflows, bottlenecks, tools, customer handoffs, revenue leaks, and repetitive tasks. You can repeat the intake if you need to add or clarify details.

Your dashboard lets you review the intake transcript before analysis begins. If something is missing, you can add detail or redo intake. Once it looks accurate, approve it for analysis.

After approval, your custom AI Business Optimization Assessment is prepared and delivered to your dashboard, typically within 36–48 hours. It highlights practical savings opportunities, automation quick wins, implementation priorities, and next steps.

Use the follow-up strategy call to walk through the roadmap, clarify priorities, and decide what to implement first. If your business changes later — new tools, new staff, new bottlenecks, new offers, or a different growth goal — you can come back to the same workspace and perform another reassessment to see where AI can do more for you.
